In the third quarter of 2025, the Food and Drink category on the Android platform in Ecuador saw varying trends among the top five applications. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides insights into their performance.

PedidosYa - Delivery Online showed impressive growth in weekly downloads, starting from around 17K in early July and peaking at over 52K in the first week of September. The app's weekly active users also increased, beginning at approximately 694K and reaching nearly 839K by September.

The KFC APP - Ec, Co, Cl, Ar y Ve experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at 11.5K and ending the quarter at 8.3K. However, the active user base displayed a steady rise, growing from 143K to a peak of 197K.

Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery maintained a stable download rate, with numbers hovering around 4K to 6K. The app saw a consistent increase in active users, starting at 78K and reaching 89K by the end of the quarter.
